Returns Policy

  • Call us to arrange for any returns at 1-833-4PARTS1 or you may email customer service at deb@oemvehicleparts.com.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • Restocking fee will be charged against returned parts, customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging, with no markings or writing on the packaging itself. Customer to pay for shipping.                                                   
  • We cannot take back new, used or installed parts, including but not limited to Car Covers, Floor Mats, Cargo Mats, Car Seats & Mud Flaps.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • Exhausts, Catalytic Converters, Mufflers and Emissions parts are not returnable.
  • SPO or Special Order Parts are not returnable.
  • All keys, remotes, transponders, and / or any electronic units requiring programming are not eligible for return. Warranty coverage still applies; goods are not eligible for refund or credit.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find that have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria. 
  • We ship parts based on VIN #.
  • We can't guarantee fitment without VIN #.
  • All Non US Vehicles we cannot guarantee fitment based on VIN #. 
  • We cannot take back any Windshield Glass Front or Rear.
  • If VIN # doesn't match part # for fitment we ship based on VIN # and we cannot return.
  • OEM Vehicle Parts is not responsible for any errors in descriptions or fitment in products based on descriptions or photos on the website.
  • If part(s) is defective, damaged or incorrect please notify us within 15 days of receipt to inquire about a parts warranty refund/exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping. Items on website in Black and White diagram may not always accurately depict the actual part. If there are questions regarding the fitment, size, side, shape or color please call before ordering.
  • Our team goes strictly by VIN # when we procure parts and that overrides any conversions or modifications.
  • If part(s) is damaged in shipping or broken we will replace the item(s).
  • Coded parts, Controlled parts, Hazmat parts and Glass are NOT cancelable or returnable as soon as customer order is placed with manufacturer under any circumstances.
  • All Core returns for any brand MUST be returned in the original packaging in order to receive credit.
  • Special Order Items will need approval before returning. In some instances Special Order Products are non-returnable. Specifically, Special Order parts that arrive from Overseas are not returnable.

  • Non-returnable and Non-cancelable items include, but are not limited to:

(1) All electrical parts and components. (2) Oils and other automotive chemicals. (3) Bare engine assemblies. (4) Fuel components. (5) Tools. (6) Printed materials. (7) Merchandising aids. (8) Special ordered items. (9) Hazmat labeled parts. (10) Any opened packages or unsealed items. (11) Any item deemed non-returnable by the manufacturer. (12) Controlled parts: parts that require a VIN for ordering so the manufacturer can ensure the parts belong to the vehicle it is being installed to. Controlled parts include, but are not limited to: emission labels, air bags, seatbelts, batteries and chargers.

  • Any item not purchased from oemvehicleparts.com.
  • Any item with the genuine manufacturer label missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable.
  • Safety items, which include, but are not limited to: air bags, seat belts.
  • Any item that has been installed, altered, used, or otherwise no longer in brand new condition.

Cancellation/Return Policy

  • We accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days from the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession. In some instances we may not be able to cancel items if they have already been procured. 
  • Land Rover Classic parts are not cancelable and not returnable (Classic Parts are any vehicle over 10 Model Years old).
